V-Dream, Development of Automation Service for Disabled Workers’ Job Reports

-Enables transparent and quick confirmation of disabled workers’ work details through enhanced functionality

V-Dream, which operates a telecommuting system specialized for the disabled, announced that it has introduced a system that automatically provides monthly job reports on disabled workers to companies that hire disabled workers using its system.

With the introduction of this system, companies using their own systems can now transparently and quickly check the telework of disabled workers. Reports are provided in the form of visual data, allowing for intuitive understanding, and customized work feedback is also provided, which is expected to simultaneously improve management efficiency and work expertise.

According to V-Dream, previously, the company provided monthly reports that were organized manually, but with the introduction of this automated system, companies can now immediately view the reports within the Flip system. In addition, since past data can be easily viewed and compared and analyzed, it is expected to be useful for personnel management and evaluation.

Previously, monthly reports organized by V-Dream were provided, but after introduction, monthly job reports can be checked immediately in the Flip system through an automated service, and past data can also be easily retrieved, making analysis easier.

Since its establishment in 2018, V-Dream has been providing a stable work environment for people with disabilities without time and place constraints through its specialized telework system, Flip. In particular, it is building a data-based employment system that accurately analyzes and connects the capabilities of workers with disabilities and the talent needs of companies through AI-based matching technology.

“The introduction of this automated system is part of the effort to build a ‘sustainable employment ecosystem for the disabled,’” said Kim Min-ji, CEO of V Dream. “We plan to continue to work on enhancing its functions to become a platform that both companies and workers can trust.”
