
Dexter Crema, a subsidiary of Dexter Studios and an AI-based digital marketing company, announced that its CEO, Dong-jin Son, received the Iron Tower Industrial Medal from the Minister of Employment and Labor at the '25th Gender Equality Employment Emphasis Period' commemoration ceremony.
The 'Equal Employment Emphasis Period for Men and Women' (May 25-31) is an annual event hosted by the Ministry of Employment and Labor, and is operated with the purpose of promoting the realization of equal employment for men and women and the spread of a culture of balancing work and family life. This year's commemoration ceremony was held under the theme of 'Work and family harmony, equal employment as a given', and CEO Son received an award for his contributions in recognition of his contributions to maternal protection, equal employment opportunities, and support for balancing work and family life.
Dexter Crema has introduced various work styles such as flexible work hours, telecommuting, and shared office support, considering the nature of the advertising industry that requires flexibility in working hours. In addition, it has created a work environment that pursues a balance between work and family life by encouraging the use of childbirth and childcare systems and operating family-friendly systems such as childcare leave.
In addition, we are implementing a job-centered recruitment and personnel system regardless of gender, and are minimizing discrimination factors in all processes from recruitment to assignment and promotion. We are supporting career development and advancement of female talents to management positions through fair performance evaluation and compensation systems, and accordingly, the proportion of female managers is gradually increasing.
