Edtech startup Davida Co., Ltd. (CEO Eunseung Lee) announced on the 30th that it has further strengthened its position in the Southeast Asian market by signing an exclusive contract with Cambodian online education company eschool for its AI-based customized learning solution ‘Genie Teacher.’
Cambodia eSchool is a leading education company in Cambodia with approximately 1.5 million students. It provides over 200 subjects and 25,000 high-quality video lectures from kindergarten to high school, and was selected as the best innovative app in Cambodia in 2021. With this contract, Davida plans to effectively expand the Genie Teacher solution to the local area and realize educational innovation by providing AI feedback tailored to learners.
On May 29th and 30th, Davida participated in the exhibition hosted by KOTRA in Bangkok, Thailand as part of the 'Korea-ASEAN Service Tech and Smart City Day' program, actively seeking business cooperation opportunities through meetings and networking with Asian companies. Based on this, Davida is further accelerating the expansion of local partnerships through matching with Asian companies.
Cambodia eSchool came across Davida’s ‘Genie Teacher’ while searching for a solution that could apply artificial intelligence to analog education. ESchool decided to sign an exclusive contract with Davida’s ‘Genie Teacher’ solution, confident that it could effectively solve key issues in the local education field.
