Global family entertainment company The Pinkfong Company (CEO Min-seok Kim) will be releasing a special kids' menu on the 29th in collaboration with Mexican casual dining restaurant On The Border to commemorate the 10th anniversary of 'Pinkfong Baby Shark (hereinafter referred to as Baby Shark)'.
This collaboration was planned to provide a differentiated F&B experience that the whole family can enjoy together in a dining space, based on the influence of Baby Shark, a global IP (intellectual property) that is loved worldwide and is serviced in 25 languages in 244 countries. On the Border is an authentic Mexican casual restaurant that started in Dallas, Texas, USA in 1982. Since its entry into Korea in 2007, it has been leading the popularization of Mexican food with its generous portions, reasonable prices, and diverse menu composition, and has been consistently loved by families.
Baby Shark's 10th Anniversary Kids' Menu was developed with both taste and fun in mind to make mealtimes even more enjoyable for young customers. There are two types: ▲'Tomato Hamburger Steak & Pilaf', which is made with a tender hamburger steak topped with sweet and sour tomato sauce and served with savory vegetable pilaf; and ▲'Chicken Tenders & Cheese Quesadilla', which is a mini quesadilla filled with crispy chicken breast tenders and gooey cheese.
This new menu is plated on a special plate with the Baby Shark character drawn on it, and after the meal, there is an added fun 'hidden picture' game where you look for the shark family hidden on the plate. In addition, a coloring table mat is provided to put under the tableware, so you can pass the time without getting bored while waiting for your food. To commemorate the launch of the new menu, three popular Baby Shark goods will also be sold at the store. Consisting of ▲3D straw water bottle ▲cute spoon fork set ▲3-hole snack plate, the goods are expected to catch the eyes of families with their practicality and cuteness.
An official from The Pink Fong Company said, “In celebration of Baby Shark’s 10th anniversary, we planned this collaboration with On the Border to provide the fun of playing with Baby Shark in offline spaces as well,” adding, “We will continue to expand the influence of our IP through collaborations with various brands and continuously increase the brand experiences that fans can have in their daily lives.”
