Yuksong Co., Ltd. (CEO Park Se-hoon), a specialized manufacturer of firefighting supplies and electric vehicle fire response systems, announced on the 28th that it is actively exploring the global market by participating in the '2025 International Fire Safety Expo' held at Daegu EXCO from the 28th to the 30th.
At this event, which is considered the largest domestic and top 5 professional fire safety exhibition in the world, Yuksong showcased a total of 8 types of specialized fire safety products, including ▲electric vehicle fire spread prevention system ▲small space automatic fire extinguishing equipment ▲air-free anti-kink fire hose ▲electric water gun ▲high-flow fire monitor for plants ▲hose reel emergency fire extinguishing device.
In particular, Yuksong has recently attracted the attention of firefighters at home and abroad by introducing the 'Electric Vehicle Fire Spread Prevention System', which is being rapidly distributed to densely populated facilities such as LG Electronics, KT's Gwanghwamun headquarters, and the Shinbanpo 21st Reconstruction Apartment Complex.
The fire spread prevention system for electric vehicles by Yuksong is an automated system that automatically sprays water from eight cooling nozzles on the bottom of the vehicle after the AI-integrated fire detector quickly detects temperature and smoke within 1 minute of an electric vehicle fire. This extinguishes the fire within 10 minutes, the golden time for electric vehicle fires, preventing battery thermal runaway and fire spread. It also allows for customized construction according to building and parking lot environments.
To date, the electric vehicle fire response system has been installed in approximately 250 parking lots, including the LG Electronics R&D Center (Magok, Gasan, and Seocho), Incheon Inspire Resort, and imported car companies, and is gradually expanding to public housing facilities.
Also, the 'small space automatic fire extinguishing device' displayed at the exhibition hall is an automated product that is installed inside electrical distribution panels and switchboards to automatically release and extinguish fire extinguishing agents when a certain temperature is exceeded, thereby preventing the spread of large-scale fires. The Airfree anti-kink fire hose is designed to naturally rotate and untangle due to water pressure when in operation, and is a patented product that has been designated as an official product of the Philippine Fire Department and has achieved exports worth over $2 million to date.
