Korea Software Industry Association and Ukrainian IT Association Sign Business Agreement

The Korea Software Industry Association (KOSA, Chairman Cho Jun-hee) announced on the 27th that it signed a ‘Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for Strategic Cooperation in the Field of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Innovation’ with the IT Ukraine Association at the association’s headquarters in Songpa-gu, Seoul.

This agreement was signed to expand the participation of domestic AI and SW companies in Ukraine's digital reconstruction process and lay the foundation for entering the global market.

The signing ceremony was attended by KOSA Chairman Cho Jun-hee, Ukrainian IT Business Association Executive Director Shevchuk Mariia, and key executives from Korean and Ukrainian AI companies.

Through this agreement, the two organizations plan to promote cooperative projects such as ▲ information exchange and joint business discovery in key areas such as AI, big data, cloud, digital transformation, and fostering small and medium-sized enterprises ▲ building a network between companies ▲ expanding the participation base of Korean technology companies in Ukraine’s digital reconstruction process.

KOSA Chairman Cho Jun-hee said, “We hope that this MoU signing will be an opportunity for the IT industries of Korea and Ukraine to develop a practical cooperative relationship based on each other’s strengths,” adding, “The association will continue to provide strategic cooperation and support for the global expansion of domestic AI and SW companies and for their contribution to Ukraine’s reconstruction project.”
