Tomato System Signs Business Agreement with TmaxSoft

Tomato Systems, an IT service and software specialist, and TmaxSoft, an enterprise software solution company, announced on May 29 that they signed a strategic business agreement (MOU) and will begin full-scale cooperation to strengthen competitiveness and mutually develop the software industry.

Through this agreement, the two companies plan to pursue cooperation in various areas, including ▲mutual exchange of technology and market information, ▲promotion of joint solution planning and commercialization, ▲development of new markets based on cutting-edge technologies such as cloud, middleware, and web servers, and ▲expanding joint marketing and sales activities.

Tomato System plans to seek synergy by seeking technological connections with TmaxSoft's middleware 'JEUS', web server 'WebtoB', and linkage solutions 'AnyLink' and 'AnyAPI', based on its own software technologies such as the UI/UX development platform 'XBuilder6' and university-specific ERP solution 'eXCampus'.

Through this agreement, the two companies plan to jointly respond to various industrial sectors such as universities, finance, public sector, and manufacturing where the demand for digital transformation is increasing, and are also seeking to enter the domestic market as well as the global market based on technology integration and package solutions.

Tomato System CEO Lee Sang-don said, “This collaboration is a practical partnership to discover new growth opportunities based on complementary technological capabilities,” and added, “We expect that it will present a new collaboration model to the domestic software industry.”

TmaxSoft CEO Lee Hyeong-yong also said, “Based on the technological assets and infrastructure owned by both companies, we will respond nimbly to market changes and continue our joint efforts to create new value.”
