MDS Intelligence Concludes 14th Automotive Software Conference

MDS Intelligence (CEO Ji Chang-geon, Lee Jeong-seung), a core affiliate of AI embedded solution specialist MDS Tech, announced on the 29th that it successfully concluded the 14th Automotive Software Conference. This conference was designed to emphasize the importance of automotive software in the rapidly changing paradigm of the SDV (Software Defined Vehicle) era and to seek safe and reliable development methods.

The event was attended by more than 500 business executives from major automotive software companies, including Hyundai Motor Company, Hyundai Autoever, Volkswagen, HL Mando, Korea Automobile Research Institute, and LX Semicon. The company explained that this was another confirmation of the unchanging status and influence of the conference, now in its 14th year.

This conference was organized into two tracks, ▲Track 1: Safety & Security ▲Track 2: Process, with 12 presentations and exhibitions taking place simultaneously under the theme of ‘Development of Safe and Reliable Automotive Software.’

In the keynote session, CodeSecure presented the results of an in-depth analysis of the efficiency of the future mobility development process through the integration of the DevSecOps CI environment and the innovation of code quality and security under the theme of 'ShiftLeft Security to support Future Mobility'. Then, a PTC representative presented the strategy and solution to accelerate the transition from analog products to digital products and maximize the efficiency of product development in the automotive software industry under the theme of 'How to innovate the digital product development system'.

After the keynote speech, the tracks were separated and Track 1 presented ▲Access control and SecOC for future mobility security ▲Key management strategy for responding to autonomous vehicle cybersecurity requirements ▲Virtual Validation technology ▲The latest static analysis requirements of domestic OEMs and MISRA C:2025 ▲ADAS platform dynamic verification cases, etc.

In Track 2, ▲PLM strategy based on digital thread ▲SE technology fusion modernization strategy ▲controller development system utilizing safety engineering solution ▲ideal test automation workflow ▲establishment of integrated process of ASPICE 4.0 and ISO 26262 were presented.
