Wise AI, a K-OTC listed artificial intelligence (AI) communication platform specialist, announced on the 28th that it will participate in 'SIDEX 2025 (Seoul International Dental Equipment Exhibition)' held at COEX in Seoul from the 30th to the 1st of June.
Wise AI will operate its own booth at this exhibition and will introduce the practical changes brought about by AI-based hospital operation automation, focusing on specific application cases and effects of AI consultation call systems that are actually being used in hospitals and clinics.
Wise AI is developing and operating a system that automatically responds to calls to hospital/clinic representative numbers for reservation inquiries, schedule confirmations, and consultation requests using AI. It is currently being implemented in over 300 hospitals/clinics nationwide, and is contributing to dramatically reducing repetitive desk work while also improving patient response rates and readmission rates.
During the exhibition period, Wise AI plans to provide visitors to the booth with an opportunity to experience the AI consultation call system firsthand. In addition, it plans to actively communicate with visitors by sharing field-based empirical data such as ▲hospital automation operation cases ▲changes in consultation response ▲sales improvement effects.
This year, SIDEX 2025 will be held with a total of 240 companies and 1,100 booths. In addition to the international comprehensive academic conference and Seoul International Dental Equipment Exhibition, which will provide a glimpse into dentistry trends, various events commemorating the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Seoul branch will be held.

The main feature of Wise AI's AI platform is that AI automatically processes the entire process from hospital database (DB) mining to patient chart linking and outbound call execution. In particular, the hospital electronic medical record (EMR) linking automatic contact system through large-scale language model (LLM)-based DB mining is Wise AI's unique technology and is known to be effective in improving hospital operation efficiency and increasing sales.
