Seoul Technopark announced on the 28th that it is recruiting participating companies for the '2025 Business Restructuring Support Project (2nd)' targeting small, medium, and large companies nationwide until June 6th.
Since 2021, Seoul Technopark has been supporting companies seeking business transformation in various industries, including future cars, batteries, carbon neutrality, IT, healthcare, and hydrogen, as a business restructuring partnership organization.
This 'Business Restructuring Support Project' is a system that supports the improvement of corporate productivity through structural changes and business innovation based on the Special Act on Enhancing Corporate Vitality. The purpose of this is to improve related procedures and regulations so that companies can voluntarily and quickly promote business restructuring, and to contribute to the development of the national economy by promoting industrial competitiveness and market competition.
Companies approved for business reorganization can receive various tax and financial incentives, such as corporate tax deferral, registration and license tax reduction, simplification of commercial law procedures, exemption from Fair Trade Act regulations, and preferential loan interest rates and rates.
The target of support is a domestic corporation with more than 4 years of business experience that is planning business restructuring in the fields of new industries, carbon neutrality, and digital transformation, and the recruitment scale is approximately 10 companies. Participating companies will be provided with customized consulting for participation in the business restructuring approval process, such as pre-diagnosis, financial analysis, and business model establishment.
