-'First half evaluation plan', support for designing evaluations in various ways such as upward and downward evaluations, peer evaluations, and self-evaluations… Implementation of an evaluation system tailored to the nature of the organization
-CLAP, customized development and implementation tailored to customer processes with modular functions… Preferred by mid-sized and enterprise-level companies considering introducing HR SaaS

Performance management solution startup Deweil (CEO Ja-wook Koo) announced on the 27th that it has launched a 'First Half Evaluation Plan' rate plan for organizations that want to temporarily operate multi-faceted competency evaluations and diagnoses during the first half of the year personnel evaluation season.
The 'First Half Evaluation Plan' rate plan provided by the 'CLAP' continuous performance management solution is a short-term rate plan designed to allow for temporary operation and experience of key evaluation functions in line with the first half personnel evaluation season. It was launched to allow flexible experience of performance management solutions as the need for pilot introduction of performance management solutions rapidly increases in line with the first half personnel evaluation season, such as companies that find annual contracts burdensome, companies that operate seasonal evaluations, and companies that are considering introducing performance management solutions.
Clap supports various evaluation designs such as multi-faceted evaluation, upward/downward evaluation, peer evaluation, and self-evaluation, and can easily implement customized evaluation criteria and systems for each organization into the system, so that evaluation criteria that fit the characteristics of the organization can be flexibly reflected and operated. It also provides customized evaluation result reports according to the needs of companies and organizations, and supports various evaluation tools such as job/position-specific competency templates and leadership evaluation templates required for evaluation.
In particular, it supports the smooth introduction of a performance management system by assigning a dedicated manager to each organization. This minimizes the resource burden on the HR team, while also enabling quick responses to members’ operational inquiries. Accordingly, mid-sized and enterprise-level companies that felt the need to introduce a new evaluation system due to inconveniences caused by the existing manual evaluation system such as Excel and the need for multi-faceted evaluation that was difficult to implement within the old HR system are expressing high satisfaction with the rate plan.
Deweyl CEO Koo Ja-wook said, “Customers who have used short-term plans are positively considering annual contracts or company-wide introduction in the future,” and added, “The first-half evaluation rate system not only allows for quick introduction without cost burden in a timely manner that suits the company’s evaluation operation system, but also lowers the entry barrier for companies that were hesitant to introduce a performance management system and provides an environment in which annual contracts or company-wide introduction can be naturally expanded based on actual usage experience.”
Meanwhile, D.Whale, founded in 2021, is an HR tech startup that develops and operates CLAP, a human resource development (HRM) platform that can easily apply performance management to various companies.
