‘Greeting’, a recruitment management solution operated by Dudlin Co., Ltd., announced on the 27th that it will hold a ‘Change Seminar for HR Leaders’ on Thursday, June 5th in Seongsu-dong, Seoul, targeting approximately 60 HR leaders.
This seminar will feature Shin Soo-jung, CEO of Impact Leaders Academy and former Vice President of KT and bestselling author of “The Class of Work” and “Connecting,” as a speaker, who will share insights on recruiting key talents that she felt as a CEO.
Greetings has been operating 'Change', an HR community for corporate HR managers, for about 3 years. In the Change community, which means 'discourse on recruitment and HR knowledge', more than 1,000 HR managers gather to share various concerns related to HR work, gain insights from each other, and communicate for successful recruitment of companies.
This change seminar is held for about 60 HR leaders. Shin Soo-jung, a former vice president of KT and former CEO of SK Shields, will give a lecture on the topic of 'Key talents seen through the eyes of CEOs – why they stay, why they leave, and how to recruit them.' Through this special event where CEOs participate as speakers, CEOs and HR leaders will be able to have in-depth discussions about recruiting key talents.
The new speaker will share various cases, such as the signals that key talents show before they leave, actual cases of leaving, and cases of retaining talents who showed signs of leaving, and will have time to listen to the concerns of HR leaders in the field. Through this, he plans to deliver insights so that companies can prevent the loss of key talents and recruit key talents more efficiently.
The Chainzine Seminar will be held at Factorial Seongsu in Seongsu-dong, Seoul, on Thursday, June 5th at 7 PM. Leader-level HR managers who wish to participate can apply on the Greeting website. Participation is free.
Greeting CEO Lee Tae-gyu said, “Greeting has been holding HR seminars regularly, and reflecting the high demand from HR leaders who want to share recruitment-related insights with CEOs, we invited CEO Shin Soo-jung, a mentor of this era, as a speaker.” He added, “We hope that companies will be able to establish more efficient strategies for recruiting key talent through insights based on the CEO’s experience and authority.”
