Seed &, an AI-based building energy management company, announced on the 27th that it signed business agreements (MOUs) with TMA Innovations, IOT Viet Solution, and GreenLife in Vietnam, respectively. The agreements were signed at the '2025 Korea-Vietnam Green TechBiz Exchange Program' held in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam on the 16th, and were co-hosted by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups and the Technology Information Promotion Agency for SMEs (TIPA). Executives and key officials from both sides attended the signing ceremony to discuss cooperation plans.
Seed and has developed a system that automatically controls power devices in buildings and optimizes energy use by utilizing AI and cloud technology. In particular, the technology that reduces energy consumption while maintaining the appropriate temperature of a building through automatic control of individual air conditioners is being used in various types of buildings such as retail, offices, and factories, and is contributing to reducing electricity bills, reducing carbon emissions, and realizing ESG management.
TMA Innovations, which participated in this agreement, is a leading technology company in Vietnam that provides customized IT solutions for various industries such as smart buildings, healthcare, logistics, and agriculture. IOT Viet Solution has solutions specialized in smart factories, smart homes, and smart buildings based on Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) technology, and GreenLife is a company that focuses on eco-friendly energy and sustainable resource industries, contributing to environmental protection and carbon neutrality through energy consulting and biofuel production.
Through this agreement, Seed & Vietnamese local companies plan to combine AI-based energy management technology with the local companies’ technological capabilities and networks to promote joint projects to improve energy efficiency and reduce greenhouse gases in buildings.
With this agreement, Seed & plans to fully enter the Vietnamese market and conduct a pilot test locally at the end of June in cooperation with GreenLife. The technology and equipment for this have been prepared, and a revisit is planned for early July for follow-up discussions on the test and expansion of local business.
