Redwit, selected for '2025 D-Unicorn Project' and 'ICT Field Growth Program' at the same time

Redwit Co., Ltd., a company specializing in electronic lab notebook solutions, announced on the 26th that it was simultaneously selected for the '2025 D-Unicorn Project' hosted by Daejeon Metropolitan City and the 'ICT Field Growth Program' of the National Intelligence Information Society Agency (NIA).

The 'D-Unicorn Project' is a support project that Daejeon City has been operating since 2022 to foster promising local startups and venture companies. Each year, it selects and supports approximately 10 unlisted small and medium-sized enterprises and venture companies.

Redwit was selected in recognition of its technological prowess in digital transformation of research records and establishment of intellectual property protection infrastructure through its AI and blockchain-based electronic lab notebook solution, ‘Goono.’

In addition, the 'ICT Field Growth Program' promoted by the National Intelligence Service (NIA) is a government project that supports the commercialization of technology and business advancement of promising ICT companies. Redwit was selected as a company after receiving positive evaluations for the technology, stability, and scalability of the cloud-based research data management system.

Redwit's flagship product, 'Guno', is a solution that safely records and stores research data and supports compliance with research ethics and patent dispute responses. It is currently being introduced in a variety of industries, including public institutions and startups in the bio and material fields.

Kim Ji-won, CEO of Redwit, said, “We see the simultaneous selection of these two businesses as a positive evaluation of our technological prowess and market potential,” and added, “We will continue to focus on developing digital research infrastructure so that R&D-based companies can build efficient and reliable research environments.”
