Vision AI specialist company SeenAI has received the Cloud Security Certification (CSAP) SaaS (Software as a Service) standard grade from the Korea Internet & Security Agency (KISA) for SEEU ON, an AI-based persistent authentication screen information protection solution operating in Naver Cloud's cloud environment.
Kim Jong-pil, Vice President of Seeyoun AI, emphasized, “Through this certification, Seeyoun’s technology and services have been officially recognized for their high security and safety,” and “In particular, it is very significant that we have succeeded in obtaining CSAP as the first and only AI facial recognition-based, non-self-aware continuous authentication security solution in Korea.”
CSAP (Cloud Security Assurance Program) is a cloud service security certification system operated by the Ministry of Science and ICT and KISA. It is a security standard that is essential when public institutions introduce private clouds, and certification is granted only to products that have passed strict security screening to protect sensitive personal information and public data handled by public institutions.
'SeeYouOn' is equipped with a 'non-conscious continuous authentication' function that detects the user's status in real time based on facial recognition technology and continuously performs authentication. This is a core technology emphasized in the zero-trust security framework that has been rapidly spreading in the public and private sectors recently, and implements a method of continuously verifying the user's status without continuously guaranteeing authority after a single authentication.
By building Seeyoun as a SaaS on the certified infrastructure environment of Naver Cloud Platform (NCP), Sisa AI can now provide a secure SaaS service that meets the CSAP standards to both the public and private sectors. In particular, by establishing a foothold for entering the public cloud security market, the company plans to strengthen related businesses while quickly and safely supporting the introduction and conversion of public institutions to the cloud. At the same time, the plan is to expand sales in the private sector by targeting companies in key national industrial technology fields that require strong security, such as defense, semiconductors, and displays.
The company expects that the market demand for zero-trust-based security systems will increase, creating various business opportunities. In addition, the company expects that the combination of Naver Cloud’s strong infrastructure and Seeyouon’s excellent security features will strengthen its competitiveness in the public and private markets.
Meanwhile, SeeYouOn by Sight AI is a vision AI security solution that detects abnormal behaviors in real time, such as ▲ continuous authentication of users without their knowledge ▲ leaving the seat by an authorized user ▲ unauthorized access by others (shoulder surfing) ▲ attempts to capture the monitor screen, and blocks the monitor screen output, thereby preventing information leaks in advance.
