Vestella Lab selected as '2025 First Innovation Premier 1000'

Bestella Lab (CEO Sangsoo Jeong), which supplies the parking navigation system 'Watchmile' that provides real-time guidance to empty parking spaces in parking spaces, has been finally selected as a company for the '2025 First Innovation Premier 1000', which selects key small and medium-sized enterprises by industry that will lead economic innovation growth, organized by the Financial Services Commission and 13 industry-related ministries.

Vestella Lab has been recognized for both its technological innovation and growth potential through simultaneous recommendations from the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy, and the National IT Industry Promotion Agency.

'Innovation Premier 1000' is a program to intensively support excellent companies in each industry through collaboration between finance and industry. It is a system in which 13 ministries, including the Financial Services Commission, select innovative and growth-potential small and medium-sized companies based on criteria established by each ministry, taking into account each ministry's policy direction, and provide customized support. Selected companies can receive special benefits from each ministry, including customized financial and non-financial support for excellent companies from policy finance institutions, Innovation Premier confirmation certificate, R&D points, and public relations support.

Through this selection as one of the Premier 1000, Vestella Lab has been recognized for its ‘Parking Optimization AI Solution’ technology and continues to advance its technology. Vestella Lab’s ‘Watchmile’, which uses the world’s best indoor positioning technology, accurately analyzes parking space occupancy status using only existing crime prevention CCTV footage by applying an AI model using the LLM (Large Language Model).

This service provides real-time parking status and the location of empty parking spaces, and guides users to the optimal parking space according to their preferences. Watchmile is currently being serviced in large public parking lots such as Seoul Station and Cheonho Station, large exhibition centers including KINTEX, large-scale residential facilities, and knowledge industry centers.

In addition, through 'ZeroCruising', an autonomous driving V2I solution that provides real-time safety information to autonomous vehicles, we are providing a service that not only supports the accurate location and movement path of autonomous vehicles even in indoor spaces where GPS signals cannot reach, but also immediately notifies of danger in blind spots, thereby greatly helping the stability of autonomous driving and the safety of pedestrians.

Bestella Lab CEO Jeong Sang-soo said, “I am delighted that various public institutions, including the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport and the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy, have recognized the innovation of our AI-based parking optimization solution technology through selection as one of the Innovation Premier 1000.” He added, “We will actively introduce Bestella Lab’s parking optimization AI solution to domestic public institutions and large corporations in the future to contribute to the activation of ESG by improving air quality in parking lots.”

Meanwhile, Vestella Lab is accelerating its overseas business expansion by supplying parking optimization AI solutions to companies in the US and Saudi Arabia based on its precision indoor positioning and AI image analysis technology. It is also actively pursuing the establishment of smart parking systems in overseas landmarks by implementing customized strategies through cooperation with local partners.
