
Global travel booking platform Klook announced on the 23rd that it had won first place in the Global Travel Platform category at the 'No. 1 Consumer Recommendation Brand' awards ceremony for the third consecutive year.
The 'No. 1 Consumer Recommended Brand' is an award system that selects the winning company by comprehensively considering various evaluation items such as customer satisfaction, brand reliability, vision, and strategy in each industry based on consumer awareness surveys. Klook received high scores in overall brand satisfaction and customer service in this year's evaluation, and was recognized for its continued competitiveness in the global travel platform sector.
Klook offers over 500,000 accommodation, transportation, and activity products in approximately 2,700 destinations worldwide, and operates on a platform that supports 15 languages, 40 currencies, and a variety of convenient payment options. This global accessibility and user convenience are considered key factors that enhance Klook’s competitiveness.
In addition, Klook is also strengthening its mobility products to meet the overseas travel needs of Koreans. It provides a variety of transportation methods in one stop on the Klook platform, including railway reservation services in Japan and Europe, various transportation passes, airport pickups, and car rental reservations. It currently has approximately 550,000 rental cars in stock in 180 countries around the world.
