
At the <B2B Roadmap 2025: Sales, Marketing, Business Strategy> conference hosted by Elephant Company, English tutoring service 'Ringle' shared its B2B business growth story.
On this day, Ringle's co-CEO, Lee Seong-pa, introduced a case of successfully expanding the B2B business following B2C under the topic of 'Ringle's B2B strategy for growth even in the cold season.'
'Ringgle' has been focusing on direct communication with customers since its inception. Co-CEO Lee Seong-pa said, "We met with 3 to 4 people a day and consulted 1,000 people in a year," and said that this kind of one-on-one response was the starting point for product improvement and the driving force behind growth.
This customer-centric philosophy continued into the B2B transition. In the beginning, we were repeatedly defeated in bidding, but as an enthusiastic B2C user became a HR manager at a large company, our first B2B contract was naturally concluded. After that, we quickly responded to customer requests and developed an AI-based English assessment system, which became the opportunity to expand into recruitment SaaS.
The representative said, “Rather than simply selling existing B2C products to B2B, our perspective has changed to developing products specialized for B2B customers,” and added, “We are constantly communicating with B2B managers, listening to each and every one of their voices, and striving to do better than they expected.” Currently, Ringle is rapidly growing its B2B sales by diversifying its product line, including AI tutor services for company-wide education, 1:1 tutoring for intensive education of key talent, and AI English speaking diagnostic services for recruitment evaluations.
Ringle, which has achieved 60% annual growth over the past 2-3 years and has risen to the ranks of a potential unicorn, plans to make a full-fledged entry into the global B2B market based on the trust it has with domestic B2B customers. CEO Lee said, “Even if the country is different, the problems that corporate customers face are similar,” and expressed his ambition to continue to do his best for each and every customer and to make the highest quality products.
