Caredoc launched Care Home and Nursing Home in 2023 with the goal of providing high-quality residential and nursing facilities that provide comfortable senior care like home. Care Home is a premium senior housing brand that allows for a private retirement life while receiving customized care even without a long-term care level. In addition, Caredoc Nursing Home is a premium nursing home that provides nursing and rehabilitation services as a facility that requires 24-hour intensive care and is supported by long-term care benefits. Both brands are characterized by providing a more stable care environment by carefully configuring facilities and programs.
Caredoc Care Home and Nursing Home have proven their market demand by gaining high popularity immediately after launching. In particular, Baegot New Town branch achieved a 100% occupancy rate within 6 months of launching, and Yongin The First branch received inquiries five times the number of people moving in as soon as applications were accepted. The average occupancy rate for all branches is also 90%. Thanks to this popularity, Caredoc has opened one additional care home and two additional nursing homes.
