
New Paradigm Investment announced on the 22nd that it signed a business agreement (MOU) with Samil PwC at the 'M&A Seminar for Strategic Growth of Startups' held at the Samil PwC Unicorn Support Center located on the 17th floor of Amore Pacific in Yongsan-gu, Seoul on the 21st.
Through this agreement, the two companies will cooperate in various fields such as M&A consulting, accounting and tax services, and investment attraction linkage to support the strategic growth of startups. In particular, they aim to strategically accompany startups for their ‘quantum jump’, and through this, they aim to secure global competitiveness and sustainable growth of startups.
The seminar covered rapid growth strategies for startups through M&A, and accounting, finance, and investment experts shared insights and real-life cases. A networking dinner was also held to facilitate exchanges between startups and investor meetings.
Meanwhile, New Paradigm Investment invested a total of KRW 6 billion in 14 startups in 2024, and three companies, including Azwemake, attracted follow-up investments of more than KRW 10 billion each. In addition, it was recently selected as the final entrusted management company (GP) for the small-scale startup sector in the '2025 Mother Fund 1st Regular Subscription Project'.
