
The tech business exhibition 'Smart Tech Korea 2025 (STK 2025)' will be held from June 11th to 13th at COEX in Samseong-dong, Seoul. STK 2025, now in its 14th year, is a technology exhibition where you can see the latest technology trends and industrial application cases centered on next-generation technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), robots, and quantum computing in one place.
STK 2025 is themed around ‘Bold Technological Innovation’ and ‘Shaping the Future’ and consists of six exhibition halls showcasing the latest technologies by industry. The exhibition fields include AI, big data, robots, retail and logistics tech, cyber security, smart tech, and global supply chain, and various technologies and services that demonstrate the digital transformation flow and technological convergence across industries will be unveiled. This year’s exhibition will feature approximately 400 companies from 14 countries around the world, operating a total of 1,500 booths.
Major participating companies include SAP Korea, Google Cloud, Alibaba Cloud, Xiaomi, LG Uplus, FortyTwoMaru, MaumAI, Eastsoft, Funjin, Megazone Soft, Coupang, Daifuku Korea, Doosan Robotics, SPG, TeamViewer Korea, etc., and many public institutions including Seoul Metropolitan City, Gyeonggi Techno Park, Chungnam Techno Park, and Gwangju Techno Park are also participating.
As a side event, the 'Smart Technology Conference (TechCon)' will be held together to share global technology trends. This year, TechCon will be attended by global experts and companies such as Professor Golnoush Parnadi of the Canadian Institute for Advanced Study (CIFAR), IBM Korea, and Chinese robot company Unitree, who will give presentations on convergence technologies such as AI, robots, and security. In addition, the '13th Distribution Industry Week' hosted by the Distribution Industry Association and the 'Korea Artificial Intelligence Industry Awards' will be held together.
There will also be an 'Accelerate Stage' to introduce commercial technologies of participating companies on site. It was designed so that visitors and industry insiders can experience actual products and services and directly see the level of technological advancement. In the 'Smart Daily Life Special Hall' where you can experience smart technologies in your daily life, a 'Smart Xiaomi Life' concept space centered around Xiaomi products will be operated, and in the 'The HIGHLIGHT Special Hall', the latest trends in quantum technology and digital healthcare will be introduced.
STK 2025 aims to create technology-based business opportunities through inter-industry collaboration and information exchange, and to serve as a bridgehead for the domestic technology industry to enter the global market. The organizer, Xforum, aims to contribute to the activation of the technology ecosystem across the industry along with the advancement of the STK brand into a global exhibition.
