STC Lab (CEO Hyungjun Park) , a traffic and resource management solution company, announced on the 22nd that it has signed a contract to provide its virtual waiting room solution 'NetFUNNEL' to Toyota Tsusho Co., Ltd. of Japan.
Toyota Tsusho is a key affiliate of the Toyota Group, a global company representing Japan. As the number of users on its website increased, the need for traffic control increased, and as a response, Toyota Tsusho introduced the virtual waiting room solution, 'Netpanel'.
Netpanel is a system that controls user inflow to prevent service interruption when large amounts of traffic occur, and is a relatively new type of solution used to ensure stable operation of online services.
Park Hyung-jun, CEO of STC Lab, emphasized the usefulness of virtual waiting rooms, saying, “The essence of online services is traffic. If users do not flock to the site, it is meaningless, and when users flock to the site, it must endure without problems.” He added, “Therefore, in order to prove competitiveness, you must be able to provide services without interruption even when traffic is concentrated.”
Netpanel can be quickly introduced with simple settings without complex development work, allowing customers to flexibly apply it to their own environment. In addition, it is provided in the form of cloud-based SaaS, so there are few technical barriers or burdens, and stable operation is possible even in the global operating environment of multinational companies.
STC Lab is a company that manages traffic, which is the core of web services. Based on the technology accumulated for 13 years, it provides stability and efficiency in large-scale traffic environments. It has secured over 600 customers in various industries such as public institutions, finance, entertainment, and education, and is setting a new standard for SaaS-based traffic management.
