The total number of shares offered is 1.95 million, and the offering price range is 17,000 won to 20,000 won. Accordingly, the total offering size is expected to be between 33.2 billion won and 39 billion won, and the expected market capitalization is expected to be between 187.7 billion won and 220.6 billion won. The demand forecast for institutional investors will be conducted for five business days from July 24 to 30, and the subscription for general investors will be conducted on August 5 and 6. KB Securities and Shinhan Investment Securities were in charge of the listing.

Founded in 2017, Graphy has the technological capability to implement customer-tailored material properties by designing its own oligomer, a key component of photocurable resin materials for 3D printers. It has been officially recognized for its material technology in the global market by securing European CE and U.S. FDA certifications and original patents. In particular, in 2018, it developed the world's first 'shape memory 3D printing material (Tera Harz Clear)' capable of shape restoration at oral temperature.

Graphy has introduced the world's only 'Shape Memory Aligner (SMA)' that utilizes this material to restore its original shape at oral temperature and perfectly adhere to the surface of the teeth. SMA is characterized by maintaining a constant orthodontic force for a long period of time and allowing for accurate and rapid orthodontic correction with little shape deformation or orthodontic force attenuation.

In addition, Graphy has established an 'SMA integrated solution' including 'SMA dedicated software (Direct Aligner Designer, DAD)', 'nitrogen curing machine (Tera Harz Cure, THC)', and 'resin removal device (Tera Harz Spinner, THS)', and has automated the post-production process through the 'SMA robot system (Tera Harz Smart Robot, THSR)'. Through this, it has laid the foundation for minimizing manpower input and uniformly mass-producing high-quality SMA.

Sim Woon-seop, CEO of Graphy, said, “We plan to strengthen our global competitiveness by quickly establishing local bases in key overseas markets such as the U.S. and China through the KOSDAQ listing,” and “We will continue to advance our integrated solutions based on shape memory 3D printing to lead the global orthodontic market.”
