DeepFine Signs Business Agreement with Korea National University of Education

Deepfine , an XR (extended reality)-based spatial computing platform company, announced on the 22nd that it signed a business agreement (MOU) with Korea National University of Education on the 21st for cooperation in the future education industry based on edutech.

This agreement aims to promote educational innovation based on artificial intelligence (AI) and XR technologies, and focuses on utilizing the technological capabilities and educational resources of both organizations to foster future teachers, develop digital educational content, and strengthen industry-academia cooperation.

Deepfine has a collaboration solution using smart glasses called 'DAO (DEEP.FINE AR.ON)' and an XR spatial information solution called 'DSC (DEEP.FINE Spatial Crafter)' that converts real space into 3D. These technologies are being used not only for digital transformation in industrial sites, but also in the education field as various learning content such as drug and dementia prevention content.

Through this collaboration, the two organizations plan to pursue a variety of joint projects, including ▲training future teachers with AI and digital capabilities ▲joint research and technology development related to edutech ▲expanding industry-academia cooperation centered on the field targeting teachers and students.

DeepFine and Korea National University of Education plan to strengthen competitiveness in the edutech field based on their respective expertise and human resources and establish a cooperative model that can actively respond to changes in the future education environment.

Deepfine CEO Kim Hyun-bae said, “Deepfine is currently applying XR technology to various fields such as industrial safety, job training, tourism, exhibitions, and education,” and added, “Through this agreement, we hope to develop effective edutech solutions in the education field and contribute to building a future education system.”

President Cha Woo-gyu of Korea National University of Education said, “We will focus on cultivating talent needed for the future society by improving the teacher training system based on cutting-edge technologies such as AI and XR and strengthening field-centered education.”
