Pinkfong's Baby Shark, a friend to people all over the world, will meet audiences this summer as a musical.
Global family entertainment company The Pinkfong Company (CEO Min-seok Kim) announced on the 21st that it will be presenting a new musical show, 'Baby Shark and the Twinkle Twinkle Best Party' for the first time in Korea to celebrate the 10th anniversary of 'Pinkfong Baby Shark (hereinafter referred to as Baby Shark)'.
The Pinkfong Company, which has been loved worldwide with over 7,000 pieces of content in 244 countries, 25 languages, and began with its first musical 'Pinkfong and Baby Shark' in 2017, proved the possibility of offline expansion of IP (intellectual property rights) by successfully entering the overseas market for the first time in the domestic kids' musical industry in 2018. The new musical show 'Baby Shark and the Twinkle Twinkle Best Party' is an original performance produced to commemorate the 10th anniversary of Baby Shark. It vividly brings the world of Baby Shark, the super IP that holds four Guinness World Records, including No. 1 in YouTube views worldwide and the first in the world to surpass 10 billion views, to life on stage. In particular, the point of interest is the appearance of Baby Shark 'Ollie' as the sole protagonist, maximizing the show-like direction and performance.
This performance is set against the backdrop of Baby Shark's birthday party, and depicts a story of solving mysteries and going on an adventure with the best party planner, the 'Mermaid Fairy'. Along with an exciting story that stimulates children's curiosity and imagination, the entire stage is transformed into an underwater world with splendid images and lighting, and interactive play that unites the stage and the audience will provide an even more immersive experience for the audience.
The musical show 'Baby Shark and the Sparkling Best Party' will be held at the Yonsei University Centennial Memorial Hall Concert Hall from July 4 to August 3, and tickets can be purchased from May 21 through major ticket reservation sites such as Interpark Ticket, Ticket Link, and Naver Reservation.
