Daeryun Law Firm has strengthened its position as a global mega law firm by signing an MOU with Kim & Co., CPA PC GROUP.
We plan to further increase customer satisfaction by enhancing customized legal services through collaboration with local experts.
The signing ceremony held on the 16th at the branch office of Daeryun Seoul headquarters was attended by key executives including Daeryun CEO Park Dong-il, American attorney Kim Mi-ah, and Kim & Co., CPA PC Group CEO Kim Seong-gu.
Kim & Co., CPA PC GROUP is a professional group based in Los Angeles, USA, that provides ▲US tax law consulting ▲US accounting standard financial statement preparation legal advice ▲US business incubation ▲non-immigrant investment (E-2) legal advice to various companies doing business in the US and Korea. In addition to offline offices, we have established an online-based computer system such as the E-FILE system and real-time video consultation system to provide flexible and efficient services that are not limited by time and place.
Through this MOU, Daeryun plans to provide comprehensive, prompt tax advice and stable accounting and tax audit consulting to corporate and individual clients in the United States.
In addition, based on their respective expertise, the two companies plan to cooperate in ▲corporation establishment and licensing ▲international tax and accounting consulting ▲investment and visa consulting ▲response to cross-border legal issues in the U.S. and Korea ▲development of customized complex consulting services for customers ▲establishment of an online-based joint consulting system.

Meanwhile, Daeryun plans to open an office in One World Trade Center (1WTC) in Manhattan, New York, USA as early as June and begin operations.
