Salesforce 'Slack', NH Investment & Securities' innovative financial service designation approved

Salesforce announced on the 21st that NH Investment & Securities will officially introduce Slack, an intelligent productivity platform. This decision is in response to the Financial Services Commission designating Slack as an innovative financial service, and it is expected that the SaaS (Software as a Service)-based digital transformation within the financial industry will begin in earnest.

The innovative financial service designation system is a system that allows financial authorities to test new digital services through regulatory exemption, and with this approval, NH Investment & Securities has become the first domestic financial company to officially introduce Slack, a cloud-based collaboration platform, to its internal work system.

Through the introduction of Slack, NH Investment & Securities plans to resolve various issues that occurred in the on-premise system-based work environment, such as limitations in mobile accessibility, inefficiency in collaboration between departments, and restrictions in data sharing, and to build a SaaS-based digital collaboration system.

Meanwhile, NH Investment & Securities expects that the introduction of Slack this time will serve as a foundation for improving work efficiency and customer responsiveness in the digital transformation process, and plans to gradually expand related functions along with gradual expansion.
