Daejeon Creative Economy Innovation Center (CEO Daehee Park, hereinafter referred to as Daejeon Innovation Center) successfully held the '96th Daejeon Startup Forum x The Dream Venture Forum' at the collaboration room on the first floor of the Daejeon Startup Park headquarters on the 20th.
The Daejeon Startup Forum is a regional representative startup platform operated with the support of Daejeon Metropolitan City (Mayor Lee Jang-woo), and is positioned as a model for leading actual startup growth through a combination of public support and private networks.
This forum was designed as a model of collaboration between public support and private investment networks to foster a regional startup ecosystem, and provided investment connections and real growth opportunities through IR pitching and expert networking of promising startups.
The event on that day consisted of a practical program where a total of six startups, including ▲New World Co., Ltd. (CEO Shin Jae-hyung), ▲MCE Co., Ltd. (CEO Park Jong-wook), ▲Plasmon Co., Ltd. (CEO Lee Geun-pyo), ▲Somnobridge Co., Ltd. (CEO Yoon Dae-wi), ▲Silverroad Co., Ltd. (CEO Lee Moon-haeng), and ▲Yurang Co., Ltd. (CEO Lee Eun-in), conducted IR pitching to introduce their technologies and market potential and received direct feedback from expert investors in attendance.
In addition, the operation status of Daejeon Startup Park, major startup support projects, and new fund formation status were shared, and information on the overall local startup ecosystem was also provided.
Park Dae-hee, CEO of Daejeon Innovation Center, said, “This forum was a place of cooperation between the private and public sectors,” and added, “Daejeon Innovation Center will faithfully fulfill its role as a long-term growth platform that supports the continuous growth of startups, rather than a one-time event.”
