DeepX and Nota Sign Strategic Business Agreement in the 'On-Device AI Field'

DeepX, an ultra-low-power on-device AI semiconductor company, and Nota , an AI lightweight technology specialist, signed a strategic business agreement (MOU) at the ICT exhibition 'Computex Taipei 2025' and began collaborating to conquer the global on-device AI market.

Through this agreement, the two companies plan to jointly develop a solution that can implement high-performance AI services even in ultra-small, ultra-low-power devices by combining DeepX’s AI semiconductors and Nota’s lightweight AI models. Through this, they will establish a verification model that can be applied to various fields such as industrial robots, smart home appliances, security cameras, and mobility, and jointly promote entry into domestic and international markets.

In particular, DeepX will provide AI semiconductors and development kits for lightweight model optimization, while Nota will be in charge of designing and tuning AI models suited to the application field. They will also pursue various collaborations such as discovering global B2B customers, jointly conducting verification projects, and jointly promoting exhibitions.

“This agreement will be an important collaboration for expanding the on-device AI ecosystem,” said Kim Nok-won, CEO of DeepX. “We will strive to present competitive AI solutions in the global market by combining the strengths of both on-device AI hardware and software.”

Nota CEO Cha Myung-soo emphasized, “The strategic partnership with DeepX will be an opportunity to lead the global on-device AI market by combining Nota’s proprietary AI optimization technology with DeepX’s world-class AI semiconductor technology.” He added, “Based on the technological capabilities of both companies, we will realize AI optimized for industrial sites.”
