MyHerb Enters the Philippine Market.. PoC in Progress with Keralty Hospital

AI healthcare platform company MyHub announced on the 20th that it has installed its medical AI integration platform 'maiLink' at Keralty Gateway Clinic and Keralty Festival Clinic, major medical institutions in the Philippines, and has entered into a full-scale PoC (proof of concept) process.

Keralty operates a clinic system specializing in outpatient treatment in Manila and Cebu, Philippines, and is a trusted local institution for its high medical accessibility and service quality. This collaboration was promoted based on a memorandum of understanding (MOU) signed between MyHerb and its local partner, Pharmacare Phils Inc., and is considered MyHerb’s first case of entering the Philippine medical market.

This PoC aims to verify the usability and utility of the maiLink platform in the Philippine healthcare environment, and plans to confirm the effectiveness of the platform in actual clinical settings through usability evaluations by local medical staff. Through this, MyHub plans to explore ways to apply localized technologies and actively reflect medical staff feedback in improving the platform.

Keralty is a medical institution with high acceptance of digital healthcare technology and has an operating system optimized for outpatient treatment, making it a suitable testbed for verifying the applicability of maiLink. MyHub plans to use this collaboration as a strategic foundation for expanding AI-based medical services in the Philippines.

Through this cooperation, both parties agreed to jointly promote ▲verification of the clinical effectiveness of the AI platform ▲operation of medical staff education and technical support programs ▲development of localization and application models for medical AI solutions.

maiLink is an integrated platform designed to integrate and operate various medical AI solutions on a single platform, and is currently being applied and operated in approximately 300 hospitals and clinics in Korea. Its main feature is that various functions such as image interpretation, diagnostic assistance, and document automation are modularized, allowing customized use by each hospital.

A MyHub official said, “This PoC is meaningful in that it goes beyond a simple technical test and confirms the clinical and operational value that the AI platform can create in an actual Philippine medical setting.” He added, “Through collaboration with Keralty and Pharmacare, we will present an AI-based medical service innovation model and begin full-scale expansion into the Southeast Asian market, including the Philippines.”
