
Career Day (CEO Kang Kyung-min) , a professional matching HR tech platform, announced on the 20th that it had been selected as a participating company in the '2025 KB Starters Singapore Program', a global expansion support program hosted by KB Financial Group.
With this selection as an opportunity, Career Day will begin to fully accelerate its entry into the global market.
The KB Starters Singapore program is a strategic acceleration program of KB Financial Group that supports promising startups to enter the Southeast Asian market.
A total of 15 startups were selected, including Career Day, and these companies will have the opportunity to present their business to local venture capitals (VCs) in Singapore and make investment proposals through IR pitching. They will also receive local networking, proof of concept (PoC), and localization consulting.
Career Day is an HR tech platform that connects professionals and incumbents in various fields such as IT, finance, bio, and semiconductors to companies for short-term projects based on AI-based expert matching technology. The number of professionals and incumbents currently working on Career Day has exceeded 25,000, and the cumulative number of matches has exceeded 5,000, maintaining the top ranks in the industry.
Recently, the 'career consultation' voice call service, which allows you to solve your career concerns through a phone call with a current employee, has become a hot topic among employees of large companies, IT companies, and startups. Through the career consultation service, you can ask questions and obtain information while talking on the phone with a current employee of the company you want to transfer to or someone who has achieved the career you desire.
Leading investment firms and venture capitals (VCs) such as Sparklab, Decamp, Credit Guarantee Fund, BA Partners, and Yoo Sung Electronics have invested in Career Day. Last year, Career Day was also selected for the Ministry of SMEs and Startups’ technology startup investment program TIPS.
