Big data and artificial intelligence (AI) specialist company BituN (CEO Lee Chang-hyun and Kim Ki-hoon) announced on the 25th that it signed a strategic business agreement (MOU) with AI and cloud company MegaZone Cloud (CEO Yeom Dong-hoon) for 'building a cloud-based generative AI platform'.
This agreement was promoted to build a cooperative system in the AI, cloud, and data fields based on the technological capabilities and infrastructure of both companies, and to discover joint business opportunities. Through the agreement, the two companies plan to cooperate in all cloud-related businesses, including cloud-based AI solutions and generative AI platform business, data and AI construction and operation services, and cloud conversion, construction, and operation.
In addition, the two companies plan to increase synergy by jointly utilizing their respective distribution networks, technologies, and solutions, and focus on discovering new businesses based on domestic and international collaboration.
Through this agreement, Bithumb plans to expand the commercialization of generative AI technology and strengthen the competitiveness of its cloud-based data business.
“With this agreement, we have established a close cooperative system with MegaZone Cloud,” said BituN CEO Lee Chang-hyun. “We will strive to achieve tangible business results by combining the capabilities of both companies in the generative AI and cloud sectors.”
