Kibo, 'Youth Technology Evaluation Experience Group' recruiting 170 people

The Korea Technology Finance Corporation (Korea Technology Finance Corporation, Chairman Kim Jong-ho, hereinafter referred to as “KIBO”) announced on Wednesday, the 25th, that it is recruiting 170 members for the 8th “Youth Technology Evaluation Experience Group (hereinafter referred to as “Experience Group”)” to enable young people to directly visit excellent small and medium-sized and venture companies to strengthen their job capabilities and improve their perception of jobs at small and medium-sized companies.

The experience group is a program designed to improve awareness of small and medium-sized enterprise jobs by having young job seekers, such as college students, visit excellent small and medium-sized enterprises and venture companies with Kibo employees, experience Kibo's technology evaluation process, and write experience reports or proposals to introduce to job seekers.

Recruitment for this experience group will be conducted through email applications until July 13th (Sunday), and the target group is young job seekers aged 19 to 34. Kibo plans to select 170 experience group members through document screening of the applicants’ application motivations and activity plans.

The selected members of the experience group will visit small and medium-sized enterprises, experience the relevant work firsthand, and write experience reports introducing excellent small and medium-sized enterprises or proposals for improving the work environment. The written experience reports will be posted on the official blog of Kibo and used as content to raise awareness of small and medium-sized enterprises and to promote them to the public.

Cheon Chang-ho, CEO of Kibo, said, “The Youth Technology Evaluation and Experience Group has provided job experience opportunities to approximately 1,300 people over the past seven years and has established itself as a social program that informs young job seekers about good jobs at excellent SMEs from the perspective of their eyes.” He added, “Kibo will continue to prepare various support measures that can coexist with SMEs, fulfill its social responsibility as a public institution by resolving youth unemployment issues and spreading positive perceptions of SMEs.”
