Maple Corporation (CEO Park Hye-yoon), which operates the creator commerce platform Maple Shop, announced that it signed an MOU for commerce collaboration with media lab Kiwi Lab (CEO Kim Ki-hyun), famous for planning and directing shorts.
This agreement was created to provide a new shopping experience to consumers by combining the commerce infrastructure of Maple Corporation, the official YouTube Shopping platform partner, and Kiwi Lab’s expertise in short-form content production.
Kiwi Lab has been gaining attention for producing shorts with popular influencers such as Lee Si-young, Choi Si-won, and Lee Yu-bi, and through this MOU, it will add commerce expandability to its content production capabilities. In particular, it plans to build a one-stop shopping environment where viewers can purchase products right after watching a video by utilizing Maple Corporation’s YouTube shopping function.
Maple Corporation has a production system based on POD (Print On Demand) technology and has experience in collaboration with various brands. It is expected that Maple Corporation’s technology and Kiwi Lab’s interesting content will bring new vitality to the commerce market.

Through this MOU, the two companies plan to pursue ▲influencer-centered commerce content production ▲collaborative projects with various brands ▲viewer-participatory commerce experiences utilizing YouTube shopping functions, etc.
Meanwhile, Maple Corporation is contributing to the revitalization of the creator economy by operating the goods and group product production platform Maple, the creator commerce platform Maple Shop, the community platform CIETY, and the Nexon IP commerce platform NEXON ESSENTIAL.
