Smart Radar System Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Smart Radar System, CEO Yong-Hwan Kim), a 4D imaging radar specialist, announced on the 16th that it had signed a contract for the consignment development of ADMR (Automotive Motion Detection Radar) with domestic automobile company A.
Starting with this development contract for electrical components, SmartRadar System has secured a position to enter the electrical components market through joint development of automotive electrical components with Company A. If this development is successful, Tier 1 domestic automobile Company A plans to mass-produce and supply them to domestic automobile OEMs for the next 10 years.
Smart Radar System provides customized solutions to various industries, including ▲vehicles and autonomous driving ▲drones ▲special purpose vehicles ▲industrial ▲healthcare ▲electronic products, by applying its 4D imaging radar technology. In the second half of 2024, its radar product was finally confirmed as a 'cutting-edge safety technology' by the Florida State Board of Education, laying the foundation for full-scale external growth through entry into the U.S. school bus market.
Company A, a specialized mid-sized listed company, is engaged in ▲mobile solutions and ▲automotive solutions as its main businesses, and is leading technology in various business fields based on ultra-small camera module technology. Major clients include Samsung Electronics, Hyundai Motor Company, Mobis, and LG Electronics.
