Living Research Institute (CEO Yeon Hyeon-ju), a home cleaning service platform operated by the company, announced on the 25th that the number of reservations for its kitchen cleaning service through the Cleaning Research Institute has increased by 300% in just 6 months since its launch in January.
As the summer season approaches, the Cleaning Research Institute's kitchen cleaning service is gaining attention. Kitchen cleaning includes ▲table organization and dishwashing ▲gas range and induction grease removal ▲sink bowl and strainer cleaning ▲general and food waste disposal, and surrounding area cleaning and garbage disposal services, based on a basic 2-hour period.
Kitchen cleaning is characterized by the fact that customers can choose to add time and hood cleaning options if they want. 40% of actual customers requested additional time or hood cleaning, and 80% of them chose hood cleaning, showing a high preference for this option.
Currently, kitchen cleaning accounts for about 10% of the total home cleaning service of the Cleaning Research Institute, and is steadily increasing along with refrigerator cleaning. In particular, one customer has used the service 30 times since the launch of the service in January, recording a high reuse rate, and the residential area of the customers who applied was 24-34 pyeong, which was the largest at 45%, showing a tendency for demand to be concentrated around medium-sized areas.
In addition, the Cleaning Research Institute is always running a promotion for new customers that can be used when reserving house cleaning services, including kitchen cleaning: ▲10,000 won discount for regular house cleaning ▲5,000 won discount for one-time house cleaning, one-room cleaning, and partial cleaning.

Meanwhile, the Cleaning Research Institute's house cleaning service is a nationwide service where a manager who has completed professional training visits and provides dishwashing, toilets, and waste separation. The proportion of customers using the regular model is 65%, and the repurchase rate is 88%, showing high satisfaction.
