Inspeon's 'BizInsider SIEM V5.0' Obtains GS Certification Grade 1

Inspien Co., Ltd. (CEO Jeong-gyu Choi), a SAP security solution and EAI·EDI integrated service company, announced that its next-generation security management solution, 'BizInsider SIEM V5.0', received the GS (Good Software) certification level 1 from the Software Testing and Certification Research Institute under the Telecommunications Technology Association (TTA) of Korea.

GS certification is evaluated based on strict quality criteria such as software functionality, reliability, and usability under the supervision of the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy, and is established as a mandatory certification system for introducing excellent domestic software to public institutions, etc. In particular, Grade 1 is awarded only to products with excellent technological perfection and stability.

The BizInsider SIEM V5.0, which was recently certified, is an integrated security management solution that provides advanced functions such as real-time security threat detection and response, large-scale log integration collection, automated security policy optimization, automated incident response through SOAR linkage, and audit report generation for regulatory compliance. It demonstrates excellent performance in various IT environments (on-premise, cloud, hybrid, etc.) through high-performance data processing and threat intelligence integration functions based on a distributed parallel architecture.

In the corporate security environment, SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) solutions are becoming essential infrastructure. In order to respond to increasingly sophisticated cyber threats, it is essential to integrate and analyze various log data generated from networks, servers, and applications, and to detect abnormal signs in real time. By performing these functions, SIEM solutions enable preemptive responses to attacks such as information leaks, insider threats, and ransomware, and are also used as a key means of complying with laws and regulations such as GDPR, ISMS-P, and financial security standards.

Inspeon’s Shin Dong-ha, head of headquarters, said, “This GS certification is a recognition of the technological prowess and stability of BizInsider SIEM, and it has laid the foundation for more active supply to public institutions and industries that require advanced security, such as finance, manufacturing, and distribution. In the future, we will further solidify our leadership in the domestic security market through additional technological developments, such as linking with SOAR solutions and enhancing AI-based threat detection.”

Inspien already has the largest domestic market share in the SAP security solution market and is expanding its business areas to include integrated log management and cloud-based security solutions. With this GS certification, BizInsider SIEM will be able to enter the public market such as the Public Procurement Service, and its strategy to link with partners is expected to be further strengthened.
