Gangwon Creative Economy Innovation Center (hereinafter referred to as Gangwon Innovation Center) announced on the 15th that it is planning an 'In Vitro Diagnostics-Medical Device Open Innovation' program in collaboration with Bodytech Med, a medical in vitro diagnostics specialist, and recruiting startups to participate.
This program aims to discover startups with innovative technologies and services in the bio and health fields, provide opportunities for collaboration with BodytechMed, and promote mutual growth.
The target of the recruitment is a startup engaged in the bio/health field and established within 10 years. Anyone can apply through a voluntary proposal method regardless of region. The final selected company will be provided with a collaboration project support fund of up to 10 million won if verification is required, and will be registered as a Gangwon Innovation Center incubation company, giving them the opportunity to participate in various startup support programs.
In addition, BodytechMed's investment review, commercialization of R&D results, and joint R&D opportunities will also be provided. Applications will be accepted until June 2, and more detailed information can be found on the official website of the Gangwon Innovation Center.
An official from the Gangwon Innovation Center said, “This program focuses on providing promising bio and health startups with the opportunity to simultaneously pursue technology verification and commercialization through collaboration with Bodytech Med,” adding, “We look forward to active interest and participation from startups in related fields.”
