Global motion technology company Schaeffler Korea announced on the 15th that it will participate in the '2025 Global Talent Fair' held at COEX in Seoul for two days from the 19th to the 20th to discover talent.
The 'Global Talent Fair' is Korea's representative global job fair, co-hosted by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy and the Ministry of Employment and Labor, and organized by KOTRA, the Korea Human Resources Development Institute for Industry, the National Institute for International Education, and Seocho-gu Office. This year, approximately 330 companies, including Schaeffler Korea, are expected to participate.
Schaeffler Korea will operate a consultation booth (Foreign Investment Company Recruitment Booth H07) at this job fair, and HR managers and recruiting professionals will attend to introduce the company, review resumes, and conduct 1:1 job consultations with recruiters, thereby recruiting global talent. 1:1 job consultations will be conducted for those who apply in advance through the job fair website and those who apply on-site.
The recruitment fields are: Legal Counsel, Sales Professional, Controlling Professional, Industrial Engineer, R&D (System/Software/Hardware), Quality Engineer, and Operational Controller.
In particular, this year’s event will vividly convey Schaeffler Korea’s strengths, vision, and corporate culture, including the diversity of its engineering portfolio, technological competitiveness in motion technology, global standard processes, diversity of its work environment, work flexibility, and career development. In addition, job seekers who register for the talent pool and receive job counseling on the day will be given gifts such as tumblers.
