
Ellis Group , a company specializing in AI education solutions, announced on the 14th that it has signed a business agreement (MOU) with Findy (CEO Yuichiro Yamada), a Japanese IT talent recruitment platform company, to strengthen cooperation in the AI education and platform fields.
This agreement was promoted as part of the global expansion of the AI technology-based platform and cooperation for the advancement of services of both companies. The agreement ceremony was held at the Ellis Group headquarters in Seoul, and was attended by key executives from both companies, including Ellis Group CEO Jaewon Kim and Findy CEO Yuichiro Yamada.
Founded in 2016, Findy operates a Japanese IT developer recruitment platform and a productivity analysis tool for engineering organizations called 'Findy Team+'. It currently has over 200,000 developer users and over 3,000 corporate members, and has secured over 800 clients, including major tech companies in Japan. Some services are also being provided in the Korean market.
Through this agreement, the two companies plan to expand business opportunities in the Korean and Japanese markets based on the platforms and infrastructures owned by each company, and especially focus on creating synergies by combining AI education and the employment market. As the introduction of AI technology accelerates, the demand for education to foster practical AI talent is also increasing, and the effectiveness of the cooperation is also expected.
Through this agreement, Ellis Group plans to increase awareness of its AI-specialized cloud service, 'Ellis Cloud', through the Japanese developer community operated by Findy, and expand the scope of cooperation with Japanese AI companies and developers. In addition, it plans to pursue cooperation on AI education curriculum and content to strengthen engineer capabilities.
Kim Jae-won, CEO of Ellis Group, said, “In the era of AI transformation, the key elements are cloud infrastructure and customized AI education,” and “Ellis Group will be able to support companies’ introduction of AI in the Japanese market based on its ability to provide both of these elements.” He added, “With this agreement as an opportunity, we will fully expand Ellis Group’s position in the B2B-focused Japanese market.”
