Gaion and SLS sign business agreement

AI drone specialist Gaion (CEO Kang Hyeon-seop) announced that it signed a 'strategic business agreement (MOU) for the development and commercialization of next-generation AI drone technology' with Agentic AI technology leader SLZ (Co-CEOs Lee Yu-mi and Jeong Jae-heon) .

Through this agreement, the two companies agreed to cooperate in ▲drone intelligence based on Agentic AI technology ▲supply of domestically produced drone airframes and controller systems ▲joint development and verification of intelligent drone solutions.

The core of the collaboration between the two companies is to implement a next-generation intelligent drone solution that surpasses existing drone systems by combining Gaion's self-developed operation control system and drone body with SLS's 'Agentic AI' technology that enables autonomous judgment and goal setting.

In addition, the two companies plan to expand cooperation in various fields, such as ▲development of solutions for specialized industries (safety, disaster, logistics, etc.) ▲joint participation in government R&D and public projects ▲expanding the global market.

Gaion CEO Kang Hyeon-seop said, “This is very meaningful as it marks a turning point that will allow us to lead the AI/drone convergence market based on domestic technology,” and “This collaboration will be an important milestone in creating a high value-added drone ecosystem centered on technology.”

SLZ CEO Jaeheon Jeong said, “I am very excited that SLZ’s Agentic AI technology will make a new leap forward through collaboration with Korea’s leading drone platform company, and I believe that this collaboration will allow the capabilities of both companies to be combined to create even greater results.”
