Dentis Co., Ltd. , a dental and medical solution specialist based on implants, announced on the 14th that it has officially launched a local corporation in Vietnam and is beginning to fully advance into the Southeast Asian market.
Dentis has completed the administrative procedures and certification process of the local corporation established in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam, and is starting to enter the local market in earnest, focusing on implants and digital dentistry solutions. The establishment of this corporation is a strategy to go beyond simple exports and to foster Vietnam as a strategic base for entering the Southeast Asian market and a regional hub for the supply of dental equipment and transparent orthodontic solutions.
Vietnam is a country with high logistics accessibility and domestic growth potential among ASEAN countries, and the importance of the medical device market is being highlighted amid the expansion of free trade agreements (FTAs), increasing demand for medical tourism, and diversification of global supply chains. Accordingly, Dentis plans to expand direct stores in major cities such as Hanoi and Da Nang and strengthen its local distribution network centered on corporations.
In terms of product supply, in addition to existing implant products, we plan to expand the supply of core dental small equipment such as implant mobility measuring devices and pain-free anesthesia devices, and launch key dental equipment such as dental unit chairs and surgical lights in the local market within the year. Through this, we plan to establish a comprehensive dental solution supply system and expand the product supply scope throughout Vietnam.
In addition, as a strategy to expand local market share, we plan to operate implant education courses more than twice a month and strengthen our network with local dental professionals by establishing academic programs and education infrastructure.
In addition to Vietnam, Dentis is currently pursuing the establishment of new corporations in major global locations such as Thailand, Japan, and Poland, thereby strengthening its brand position in the global market and seeking to expand its market share.
The company is currently negotiating to supply dental unit chairs to the Taiwanese market and is also in the process of obtaining European CE MDR (European Medical Device Regulation) certification. In the second half of the year, once the certification is completed, the company plans to fully enter the European market and continue to grow its performance.
A Dentis official said, “The launch of the Vietnam corporation is part of our global strategy expansion, and will serve as an opportunity to simultaneously strengthen our brand awareness and distribution competitiveness in the Southeast Asian market.” He added, “We will establish a solution supply system optimized for major global markets and pursue continuous growth.”
