Logpresso , a cloud SIEM specialist, announced on the 13th that it will begin joint development of a SaaS-based XDR (scalable detection and response) integrated security solution with AI Spera and Exosphere Labs .
This collaboration is being promoted as part of the 'Integrated Security Model Development Pilot Project' hosted by the Ministry of Science and ICT and the Korea Internet & Security Agency (KISA). The three companies were selected as the project implementation companies and plan to jointly develop an integrated security service for small and medium-sized enterprises and lay the foundation for entering the global market.
The newly developed SaaS-based XDR service integrates various security functions such as cloud security, SaaS auditing, endpoint protection, personal information leak monitoring, attack surface management (ASM), threat intelligence, and application access control into a single platform. Logpresso plans to complete the solution by organically combining Exosphere Labs’ endpoint security capabilities and AISpera’s attack surface detection technology with its cloud SIEM technology at its center.
Park Sang-ho, CEO of Exosphere Labs, said, “We will integrate zero-trust-based SaaS solutions into the XDR platform so that customers can utilize an advanced integrated security system without a separate security infrastructure.”
Kang Byeong-tak, CEO of AI Spera, said, “Our ASM service ‘Criminal IP ASM’ is analyzing global IP and domain data in real time,” and added, “Through this project, we will increase our competitiveness in the attack surface management field and contribute to the development of domestic SaaS technology.”
Yang Bong-yeol, CEO of Logpresso, emphasized, “This collaboration is a platform-centered approach to practically solve the security issues of small and medium-sized enterprises, and a meaningful attempt to contribute to the expansion of the security SaaS ecosystem.” He added, “We will create an integrated security standard that can be easily used by small and medium-sized enterprises that lack security experts.”
