MegaZone Cloud (CEO Dong-Hoon Yeom) , a leading AI and cloud company, presented the direction of AI adoption for major companies' C-level executives.
On the morning of the 13th, Megazone Cloud held a CxO Summit with the theme of 'AI Horizons by MegazoneCloud' at the Chosun Palace in Gangnam, Seoul, with around 100 CxOs (Chief Executive Officers) from major domestic companies in attendance. The event was designed to provide practical insights centered on actual AI adoption cases and implementation strategies, and to share strategic directions so that companies can effectively promote AI transformation.
The event was held in the following order: ▲Future business strategies led by AI and cloud ▲2025 AI and cloud market outlook ▲Sharing AI innovation and cases of introduction/use within companies and future outlook.
The event was attended by Megazone Cloud executives including CEO Yeom Dong-hoon, CRO (Chief Revenue Officer) Hwang In-cheol, CAIO (Chief AI Officer) Gong Seong-bae, Anthropic's Field CTO (Chief Technology Officer) Eric Burns, and Amorepacific's CDTO (Chief Digital Technology Officer) Hong Seong-bong, who participated as speakers and shared the direction of AI technology and application cases for corporate customers, along with lessons learned in the process.
In a presentation titled “AI, an essential strategy directly linked to corporate survival,” CAIO stated, “We are building the AIR (AI Ready) Innovation Lab to provide practical help to companies considering introducing AI in finding ways to utilize AI in their work,” and “We plan to soon open a package where people can experience the latest generative AI technology firsthand and discuss specific implementation plans.”
Eric Burns, CTO of Anthropic Fields, who appeared as a special speaker, gave a presentation on the topic of ‘Intelligent Agents Using Enterprise Knowledge.’ He emphasized, “The speed at which AI is changing and developing smartly is exponential, and it will bring about tremendous changes in a few years.” He also said, “Since improving one model leads to improvements in multiple models, expanding utilization is more important than reducing costs or increasing efficiency at this stage.”
“AI agents are emerging as an important topic, but agent introduction carries with it not only a rosy future but also a dystopia,” said Hong Seong-bong, CDTO of Amorepacific, who gave a case presentation on the topic of “Challenges in the Development of Practical AI Agents.” He advised, “Since system engineering and logic engineering can be more important than AI design technology, we need to build it to fit specialized situations together with specialized partners such as Megazone Cloud.”
MegaZone Cloud CRO Hwang In-cheol said, “The will of the top management of a company is more important than anything else in the successful introduction of AI,” and added, “We will continue to provide opportunities to share insights on AI introduction targeting C-level executives to support companies’ transition to AI native.”
