Microsoft will be holding its annual largest developer conference , Microsoft Build 2025, starting on the 20th (Korean time). The event will be held in a hybrid format, both online and offline, until the 22nd. Anyone can participate in the online sessions, including the keynote speech, for free by registering in advance.
Microsoft Build, held every May, is a festival of technology professionals from around the world, where developers, engineers, and IT professionals, as well as those new to the IT industry, gather to share new technologies and knowledge. The opening keynote on the first day of the event will be delivered by Microsoft CEO and Chairman of the Board Satya Nadella and Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer Kevin Scott. Satya Nadella will share how Microsoft is creating innovation and opportunities across all platforms through AI technology.
There will also be a variety of hands-on sessions where you can learn skills by working on actual code. The program for working developers will provide practical learning opportunities with know-how that can be applied immediately in the field. In particular, the AI Agent Open Hack, a hands-on hackathon where you design AI agents while solving given tasks, will also be held.
In addition, Microsoft's key leaders, including Scott Guthrie, Senior Vice President of Cloud and AI, Asha Sharma, Vice President of AI Product Management, and Arun Ulagaratchagan, Vice President of Azure Data, will conduct various technical sessions and demonstrations. Online attendees can freely configure their own programs based on session type, topic of interest, difficulty level, and development language on the official website.
Meanwhile, major partners such as AMD, Intel, Nvidia, and Qualcomm will also participate in this event to showcase the latest AI-based development tools and solutions. They will provide practical application-oriented technical insights through technical sessions, demos, and immersive labs, and introduce various development resources that support the implementation of next-generation AI applications.
