HR DAY will be attended by experts in HR-related fields such as recruitment and organizational culture, while Makers Day will be attended by practitioners from various fields such as tech, design, and PM, sharing insights based on real cases.

On the 19th, when HR DAY is held, Muhayu will operate an exhibition booth and introduce the functions and use cases of AI recruitment solutions ‘Prism’ and ‘Monster’. Meanwhile, 'Prism' is an AI-based recruitment document evaluation tool that analyzes over 1.2 million self-introductions annually, and systematic document screening is possible through item completeness evaluation (BP) and job fit analysis (RP). 'Monster' analyzes applicants' personality, metacognition, and job fit from various angles through AI competency test and interview functions, and in interviews, it generates customized questions based on applicants' answers and self-introductions.
