Romin, LIG Systems and Document AI Business Cooperation Agreement Signed

Lomin (CEO Jihong Kang) , a document AI specialized company, announced on the 12th that it signed a strategic business agreement (MOU) with ICT specialized company LIG Systems (CEO Giljun Hong) to advance document AI solutions and expand related businesses.

Through this agreement, the two companies plan to establish a business execution system centered on solution supply and mutual sales cooperation, and jointly pursue securing competitiveness in the document AI market.

This collaboration will be promoted as a structural partnership centered on actual business linkage rather than simple technology linkage. Romin will be in charge of technology cooperation and solution supply based on its document AI platform ‘Textscope® Studio’, and LIG Systems will jointly lead commercialization targeting various clients based on its system construction and business proposal capabilities.

In addition, the significance of the agreement lies in the fact that the two companies will jointly expand their solution business centered on document AI technology, while at the same time, through a partnership-based cooperation structure, they will jointly seek sustainable growth and expansion of influence in the market. They will also continue to cooperate in the future to discover new solutions and expand business opportunities.

Kang Ji-hong, CEO of Romin, said, “This agreement is meaningful not only in terms of technological advancements, but also in that we will work together to create value that is actually delivered to customers,” and added, “We will combine the strengths of both companies to achieve tangible results in the rapidly changing document AI market.”

Romin recently launched Textscope® Prism, a document-specific agentic RAG platform, and is expanding the scope of its technology application in the area of document-based information exploration and utilization.
