Nol Universe signs business agreement with Hana Bank

Leisure platform company Noluniverse announced that it signed a strategic business agreement (MOU) with Hana Bank to build a digital financial service model.

This agreement was signed on the 9th at the new Nol Universe building 10X Tower located in Pangyo, Gyeonggi-do, and was attended by key officials from both companies, including Lee Su-jin, CEO of Yanolja, Bae Bo-chan, Co-CEO of Nol Universe, Lee Ho-seong, President of Hana Bank, and Seo Yu-seok, Vice President of Hana Bank’s Corporate Group.

Through this agreement, the two companies plan to expand new digital touchpoints linking leisure and finance, and promote joint product development and system linkage. Specifically, this includes various forms of cooperation projects, such as launching new accounts for Nol Universe affiliated stores and users, and planning specialized financial products linked to sports content such as golf and soccer.

These products are scheduled to be launched sequentially from the second half of 2025, and related marketing activities will also be jointly carried out. In addition, we are considering providing rewards such as points that can be used on the Nol Universe platform to customers who open an account in the future.

Nol Universe plans to combine their respective strengths based on their platform operation capabilities across the leisure industry and Hana Bank’s know-how in building financial IT infrastructure and systems to increase the sophistication and scalability of digital financial services.

Regarding this agreement, Lee Soo-jin, CEO of Yanolja, said, “The combination of leisure and digital finance will provide new value and convenience to customers,” and Bae Bo-chan, Co-CEO of Noluniverse, said, “We will accelerate innovation in customer lifestyles by expanding the points of contact between the leisure platform and financial IT.”
