Chirncivil Co., Ltd. and Alpha Color Co., Ltd. announced on the 2nd that they signed a business agreement (MOU) for new art business development and collaboration.
Chirncivil and Alpha Color have agreed to share Alpha Color's core technology and Chirncivil's content development experience, including ▲joint research on paints that are harmless to children aged 4 to 7 ▲research on art content using Alpha Color paints.
Chirncivil is a company that develops and provides art kits (fluid beach, city pop illustration, etc.) for children aged 4 to 7, and one-day classes (action painting, pizza clock) that everyone can enjoy.
Alpha Color is a leading domestic art supplies company established in 1962 that researches, develops, and sells professional watercolor paints/acrylic colors and alpha marker pens.
Jeong Hye-jin, CEO of Chirncivil, said, “This collaboration will provide us with an opportunity to realize the ideas we have,” and “Based on this collaboration, we plan to expand our business so that we can export not only domestically but also overseas.”
An official from Alpha Color said, “We expect to be able to create opportunities through various collaborations outside of our current business areas,” and “Through this, we will contribute to creating a market where a variety of people can consume art content.”
