– Nathan Sharp, former Instagram Story PM and founder of Retro app, visits Korea in person
– 100 domestic and international entrepreneurs and PMs selected to participate
– Sharing practical know-how such as user-centered philosophy, team management methods, and startup risks

The Nathan Sharp invited lecture, 'How to Create a Product That Ultimately Wins', hosted by High Output Club (CEO Park Ga-young), an action-oriented community for 'people who create their own', has concluded successfully.
More than 300 domestic and international entrepreneurs, planners, and designers applied for this lecture, and only 100 of them were selected, making it a meaningful opportunity to experience Silicon Valley's product culture firsthand.
Speaker Nathan Sharp is the former director of product at Meta and an early PM for Instagram Stories, and now co-founder of Retro, a social app that aims to be “the most human social media.” Retro is a chronological feed and algorithm-free design that helps users document and reflect on their day, embodying a human-centered technology philosophy in its products.
“Social media these days is more about capturing time than people,” Sharp said. “We want to create technology that helps people live a better day.”
This event was planned with the theme of 'Practical Insights for Planners and Entrepreneurs' and focused on specific cases shared by product leaders in Silicon Valley, and in particular, it consisted of content that would be of practical help to early-stage startup teams, such as ▲Silicon Valley's product culture and working methods ▲Instagram story development process during the Meta era ▲Early-stage founder leadership and team building ▲'Retro's' early MVP development story.
At the site, real-time English-Korean interpretation was provided using the AI-based subtitle solution 'EventCAT', increasing the immersion of attendees.
Park Ga-young, CEO of High Output Club, said, “This lecture was a rare opportunity to hear and experience firsthand what a ‘product that ultimately wins’ is through proven experiences in Silicon Valley.” She added, “We plan to further expand our community and educational programs that can grow through practice, rather than simply imparting knowledge.”
High Output Club is an action-oriented community with over 500 founders, planners, and PMs, and helps ‘people who create their own things’ achieve continuous growth and create value through various online and offline programs.
